All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of our products (hair, lashes, and beauty items), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please make sure you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Processing & Shipping Policy

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)
  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days after processing
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address Policy
